Our housekeepers are experienced in maintaining households to high standards, while our maternity nurses offer specialized care for newborns and support for new mothers.

We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate unique family requests and specific childcare needs. During the initial discussion, we take the time to understand your preferences and requirements, tailoring our search to find candidates who can meet those needs effectively.

8. How long does the placement process take with your agency?
The placement process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on your specific requirements and the availability of suitable nannies. We are usually able to send you profiles the same day or the day after you register with us and will continue searching until we find a suitable candidate for your family.

We serve families in London and surrounding areas. We can also assist with placements abroad and have successfully placed candidates in France, Italy, Germany, Monaco, and more.
10. What are the fees for hiring a nanny through French Nanny London?
Our fees depend on the type of nanny placement you require:
- Full-time placements (above £50K gross yearly salary): 14%
- Full-time placements (below £50K gross yearly salary): 15%
- Part-time / Weekend placements (15-30 hours per week): 16%
- Rota / Governess placements: 17%
- Overseas / Travel placements: 20%
- Maternity Nurses: £150 per week
- Temporary staff (1–12 weeks): £50 per day
- Temporary staff (over 12 weeks): 20% of the annual candidate salary
These fees are payable once we’ve found you a nanny and cover our comprehensive search and placement services.
11. How do I register with French Nanny London to find a nanny?
To register with us, you simply need to follow these steps:
- No registration fees
- Sign our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs): Once you’ve signed our T&Cs, we can officially start working on your search.
Once these steps are complete, we’ll begin the process of finding the perfect nanny for you!
12. What is your replacement policy?
We offer a free replacement during the first four months of employment. If, during this period, the family feels the arrangement isn’t working, we provide support in finding a suitable replacement. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction for both families and candidates.
