I made a few calls and was not successful until I came across this place. From initial contact to the end, the process was to my surprise soo straight forward and professional. I had an urgent request last minute and this place really helped me quickly to have my request met. Extremely grateful to them and applause them for how fast and easy they made the entire process. I contacted the agency on a Sunday as our previous plans for nanny from another agency to start on a Monday had unexpectedly fallen through. Within an hour (on a day the agency is technically off!), Fanny had contacted me, carefully listened to our requirements, and got back with a list of six potential candidates, along with five interviews set up the same day. By the evening, we had found an incredible nanny to start the following morning. French Nanny London is an incredibly professional agency with great nannies to work with - couldn't recommend it more!

I used French Nanny a few times to find a babysitter and I had a great service every time. They really listened to what I needed. We used 3 different nannies/babysitter so far and I just love that my son who is half english half french can have more interactions in French. Excited to write about our experience here as we came from New York and weren’t exactly sure where to start with finding support for our daughter in London. Finding a nanny was a big deal because we were new to the city and wanted our daughter to adjust well to the transition but we also needed to ensure we could work which mean we couldn’t be with her through the transition 24/7. We worked with Anissa to find a nanny and it was so great to have someone really ask about the details of what we were looking for and who clearly cared they find the right fit for our family. It was easy to ask all of our questions and get straightforward answers from professionals who have a ton of experience. Also, something to highlight was that the nannies we worked with were warm and open about their experiences with Anissa and staff- clearly showing they enjoyed working with kids and had a great experience with the organization. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Tres bonne expérience et prestation de French Nanny. Nous avions besoin de trouver une nounou pour s’occuper de notre enfant quotidiennement et notre nounou Sarah a été parfaite, super attentive et à l’écoute de notre enfant. Après avoir essayé sans succès de trouver moi même une nounou française sur Facebook pendant des semaines (j’ai reçu des dizaines de CV avec très peu d’expérience), je me suis tournée vers French nanny. J'ai été très satisfaite du service fourni par l'agence. J'ai pu rencontrer plusieurs nannies avant de me décider. Nous avons eu la chance d'accueillir dans notre famille une adorable Nanny qui s'est très bien occupée de mes enfants pendant notre dernière année à Londres. Elle était parfaitement qualifiée, à l'aise avec les enfants et jamais en manque de bonnes idées pour les occuper. Une superbe agence qui m’a placé dans une superbe famille pendant un an. Avec de nombreux déplacements , l’agence dont sa responsable, Valentine, a toujours été très réactive via mail ou téléphone concernant mes demandes, à l’écoute, partageant son expérience, prenant le temps de m’accueillir dans ces locaux et soucieuse de mon bien être au quotidien dans une famille anglophone. Je recommande cette agence pour les jeunes filles françaises qui comme moi aimerait vivre une aventure extraordinaire sur Londres ou ailleurs. Valentine a également le détail de faire en sorte de trouver des caractères et personnalités qui correspondent à la demande des familles.
