Once you have signed our Terms and Conditions and paid a small, refundable registration fee, the search for your perfect nanny begins.

Step 3: Shortlisting

We search candidates from our existing book of nannies and the open market, creating a shortlist of suitable nannies that match your needs.

Step 4: Vetting

We thoroughly vet all candidates to make sure they are suitably qualified and experienced, with exceptional references.

All candidates are personally interviewed by our team before being presented to you.
All our nannies must have at least 2 years professional experience with children.
We check and validate employment history as well secure references from previous employers.
We review all relevant documentation (identification, DBS checks, Paediatric First Aid, Diplomas, etc.).
All our candidates have the right to work in the UK.

Step 5: Selection

We organise face-to-face or video interviews, and live trials with your family, with your preferred candidates so you can make the final selection.

Step 6: Placement

Once you have made an offer of employment, we help with the employment contract & HMRC set up.

Pro Tip: We can advise on everything from salary and contract terms, through to HMRC registration, following many years of supporting families with these necessary formalities.

Step 7: Aftercare

We remain available after the placement for any further queries you might have.
