Method:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Gradually add the milk and melted butter while whisking continuously until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling it to create a thin, even layer.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
- Serve with Nutella, fruits, or whipped cream for a delightful treat.
2. Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

Method:
